First of all, please verify if:
1. you are using wired or Bluetooth earphones/headset.
2. you have used Bluetooth to link with your car.
3. your phone is muted.
3. the authorization for the microphone is off.
4. you are listening to music on your device while using Picai.
5. this issue happens with other apps as well
If the problem still persists, please contact the Help Center by doing the following steps:
1. Tap on your Profile
2. Tap ‘Edit Profile’
3. Tap ‘Account Settings’
4. Tap ‘Help’
5. Tap ‘Submit a request’, explain your problem, and submit it with these information:
i) Device name (eg. Galaxy S21, iPhone 12 Pro...)
ii) OS version(eg. Android 11, iOS 14.5...)
